2.  Insurance Coverage: Just Wright Kleaning maintains general liability insurance coverage to protect against claims of property damage or bodily injury resulting from our cleaning services.
3. Price Variation: Prices for our services may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific requirements of your home or space. Final pricing will be determined after a consultation or assessment of the property.
4. Payment: Customers agree to pay the final agreed-upon price for services rendered. Payments must be made in full and in a timely manner according to the agreed-upon schedule.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:  Customers may cancel scheduled services by providing a 24 -48 hour notice. Refunds are issued according to our refund policy outlined on our website.
6. Liability: While every effort is made to provide high-quality service, Just Wright Kleaning is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Just Wright Kleaning harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.
7.  Copyright: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, on the Just Wright Kleaning website is the property of Just Wright Kleaning and is protected by copyright laws. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission from Just Wright Kleaning.
8.  User Behavior: Customers agree to use our services and website in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to unlawful activity, hate speech, bullying, spamming, and unauthorized promotion.
9. Account Suspension: Just Wright Kleaning reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by Just Wright Kleaning.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refunds: Customers may cancel scheduled cleaning services by providing 1-2 days notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:
   a. Full Refund: Customers who cancel within the specified notice period will receive a full refund of any payments made.
   b. Partial Refund: Customers who cancel with less than the specified notice period may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to Just Wright Kleaning's discretion.
   c. No Refund: Customers who fail to provide timely notice of cancellation or who fail to provide access to the premises at the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
3. Exceptions: In certain circumstances, such as extenuating circumstances or issues with the quality of service,  may offer refunds or credits at our discretion.
